At DIKA College, our Apprenticeship Programme is a dedicated initiative to support and empower young individuals who harbour a genuine passion for working with children.
This comprehensive, work-study programme is designed to concurrently provide valuable work experience to aspiring early childhood educators as they attain a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Our apprentices are encouraged to engage with our esteemed network of partners for valuable internship opportunities. Through the internship, they can gain insightful work experiences to become effective Early Childhood Educators.
Effective guidance and mentorship:
Upon graduation, our Trainee Teachers will have a head start in early childhood as they will be coached and guided by our full-fledged Mentor Teachers and Mentor Specialists during their internship phase, to groom them to become effective early childhood educators in any preschool environment.
